Hi, I'm Katie
I am a mindfulness and yoga teacher based in Newquay, Cornwall specialising in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses and mindful yoga.
My intention is to create safe spaces for you to cultivate trust in your own inner wisdom, always encouraging you to do what is best for your body and mind in all of my sessions.

I offer mindfulness and yoga experiences in Cornwall and online to support you to find a deeper sense of peace and wellbeing in the midst of a full life.

🗣️ I ask our interviewees what inspired them to begin meditating and what inspires them to keep practicing.
⚡This sparks a good old chinwag about all things meditation, mindfulness and how these practices and ways of being can support us with our wellbeing and relationships with others.
