Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a powerful way of being with yourself, right here in this moment with open-hearted acceptance. I teach regular Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Courses.

I teach yoga to help people come home to their bodies, encouraging my students to move with intuition and kindness to create freedom and ease. I teach Vinyasa, Restorative and Pregnancy yoga in Newquay, Cornwall.
